Adjustment bracket
With an adoption of a "adjustable bracket" the ideal low postion can be achieved without any use of helper spring. One rotation, approximately 2mm, will enable the user to change the length of the damper. Dampers are black plated rather then painted for extra durability.

15 Level Adjustment
The 15 level adjustment corresponds to variety of racing stages, from Touge 'mountain roads' to cicuits. Adjustment is easy with its click adjusting dial. The dial is located ither on the upper shaft for regular dampers or on the lower shaft for inverted dampers. This damper is also designed for town use; hence, dampening setting ranges from hard (+4kg/mm) to soft (-4kg/mm).

Single tube type shell case
Unlike visual based cartridge damper, adoption of the single tube shell case enables the use of wishbone type 46 and strut type 36. This leaves an extra space for larger pistons. Also this change allows for better heat dissapation, which prevents performance deterioration from hard runs. Special steel and anti-friction components are used to minimize friction.

Specialized Pillow-Upper Mount
Application of the upper pillow upper mount allows you to have greater handling response, by minimizing upper chasis movement. Caster adjusment allows the correction of camber for further tuning ability. Caster adjustment plates are not included on all applications.

Spring seat / lock seat
Each single full rotation equals 2mm drop. The adjusting locking seat allows for spring stress to adjust with out the necessity to change suspension position.

Original spring
Tremendous enhancement in durablity resulted from a high quality surface processing. Constant testing resulted in a perfect spring rate for each application.

Buddy Club Pro Spec is a super light weight and highly efficient muffler that is made to perform for circuit runs. In its street version, to optimize torque in the low to mid speed range, it is equipped with an efficient middle silencer (resonator). Pro Spec Mufflers were designed for high performance as well as meeting sound level standards. With its deep throaty tone, it echoes its racing lineage.

The middles silencer achieves both exhaust efficiency and sound dampening requirements. Usual mufflers are designed to "muffle" sound and results in restricting performance. Our mufflers, with results of trial and error, have developed the highest possible performance while maintaining a low throaty tone. We only used the finest material, that meets high endurance, light weight, and excellent fit.

Racing Spec III Exhaust

All of the Buddy Club mufflers are made with SUS304 stainless steel, 1mm thick wall material is used for main pipe. and the 0.8mm wall stainless is used for main silencer. This combination of materials creates a super light weight system. Moreover with the included bolt in silencer installed, the SPEC III exhaust system meets most legal sound levels for day to day street use.

The Buddy Club systems manufacturered for a perfect length to expel the exhaust gasses completely out and away from the car. This translates to less excess exhaust dirt and grime on the back of your car, and also elimination interior cabin exhaust "drone". The muffler tip is angle cut. Buddy Club has been developing and producing their original camshaft ever since Buddy Club had established. Still today, they are providing high performance camshaft to our racing teams and winning lots of titles. They worked on to get an ideal well-balanced profile of camshaft and succeeded to give it 1.3 to 1.5 times more effective area than regular camshaft.

Every camshaft is carefully built through these production processes. Plus, strict inspection will be given to them and only the highest quality products are shipped.
.Coating the surface of camshaft with manganese phosphate in order to protect from damage even when the camshaft has not lubricated yet. This has done by steeping press process that produces 0.5mm to 15 micromillimeter thin of manganese phosphate coating on its surface to prevent from direct contact with other metal parts while realizing smooth operation. .Wavy groove is curved to the cam profile surface by oscillation during cam grinding process. Oil pool that is formed on the cam profile surface reduces a friction loss and prevents locking. .They used the super high precision high speed grinding. Peripheral speed 80 m/s 4400rpm.

The Buddy Club Spec II is a pretty loud exhaust given that it can peak up to 105dbs, and thats not even counting what dp, and cat (or lack-there-of) you are running.

However, it is a very good exhaust performance-wise

The 18x9.0 P1 Racing QF's have a standard offset of +35 with works flawlessly with the Evolution VII-IX's. They fit perfectly without any need to run spacers. As for the fitment with the fenders, you can run up to a 255/40/18 series tire without any rubbing issues. In some cases I have seen people run a 265/35/18 series tire and still have no rubbing issues. Weight-wise, the P1 Racing QF's in 18x9.0 run about 16lbs each.
