They had weights listed on another site as 18x9 = 8.46kg = 18.6 lbs and 18x10 = 9.28 kg = 20.4 lbs. Seems on par with my Advan RZs. Uber sexy wheels, I think I'd like to get a set with the blue in it.

With that offset, do I need to pull the fenders? I can do rolling but I have no experience with pulling.

Also what is the price of these wheels without the group buy discount?

You will be fine with just rolling the fenders. The purpose if this group it's not really to save money but rather to be able to get these wheels with the red accent which we had received many requests. So the price will be technically the same but mind you, w/o a group buy it will be impossible to get the wheels in this color.
