gotcha.............can you actually weigh one? 4lbs is a pretty big difference.... if they are 17lbs I would be more likely to buy.

Hey Vivid. Can you check if the 17s fit the Evo? I like to have stock sized wheels. 17s IMO are safer than 18s if the car corners and drifts out the turn plus NYC has too many pot holes.

The more common offset used is the +38. +30 will clear but will be tight.

the higher the offset the further in it will go...... the lower the offset the further out it will go......

offset of 30 sounds like the one that is normally used....

You need a 17x8 +25 or a 17x9 +35 for the EVO. The 18's might not be out yet however. Use 18x8.5 +30 offset, a 18x9.5 wheel is also available. 18 inch I was told available in Dec.

OK, got the update from 5Zigen. This wheel is available in a 17x9 +35 offset , though it is currently out of stock at 5Zigen with no date for restock. "luck of the draw" is what they said about availablity. Price is $230 per wheel and weighs 17.5 lbs for the 17".

18" wieghs 18.5lbs. +30 offset is the minimum for EVO.
