Part of the reason the shipping on the system is high is we have to ship this in two shipments. Both packages get hit with an oversize charge, it sucks for you guys and it sucks for us. No way around it though. If it is all put in one box they won't even take it.

Anyway, yes, the system uses the 02 sensor that is in the catback.

We have recently changed the design of the system. Not sure if the site is updated or not yet. Here is how it brakes down.

Downpipe, $275
Offroad pipe, $50
Highflow cat, $150
Catback with our lightweight muffler, $450
Catback with the Magnaflow muffler add $20
Clamps are $15 each, three are needed or you can weld the system or use a generic clamp.

Thanks guys,

David Buschur

David,
I received part of my turbo-back exhaust order a couple of days ago (mid-pipe & SAFC/boost controller) and am waiting for the rest. One question: I ordered bungs for both the race pipe and cat be installed. The mid-pipe appears to have the cat bung on it only. Does the race pipe have a bung on it?

Thanks,
Mark

Unhappy

Well I guess I was one of the unlucky ones too. UPS left only the pipe on my doorstep -- not that it matters (as long as the rest arrives by the weekend.)

Hey David...

I know this has been gone over a few thousand times...but for a refresher what is the main difference of the Lightweight Muffler vs. the Magnaflow Muffler? How about difference in horsepower if any and sound? Do you have sound clips of the two back to back we could hear???

Thanks...

and a BUMP BUMP for a damn good vendor!!!

i got myn in before i left to oklahoma city wednesday morn. (actually had to chase down the ups truck!!!!!) well it took 30 min. to get old exhaust off and new on then spent 3 hours on the lift trying to get it to not rub!!! the down pipe rubbed on the bottom of the engine, the catback rubbed ageanst the drive shaft mount, and the back rubbed on the rear diff. bolt i couldnt get the muffler to not hit the bumper after 2 hours of moving and adjusting i got the dp to clear and the rear diff. or clear but i couldnt get the pipe to clear the drive shaft mount (this was at a muffler shop, and they where trying to tell me it need to be taken off and torched then bent) i was already way behind what time we planed on being there so i had to pray it would rub a hole in it and took off, 900 miles later and im back home my bumper is black because of the muffler not coming out far enough and it chipped some of the paint off 2 im going to go up to the muffler shop agean tommorow to see if it did rub a hole in it i hope not! also after driving for 6 straight hours my CEL came on my car is stock besides exhaust. it stayed on for about 6 more hours that night then 12 hours the next day then turned off and hasnt came back on??? also david im sorry for being a pain to you im just trying to get a couple answers thanks!!! btw the exhaust sounds sweet!!!!

Just did the install last saturday of my Turboback/Hi Flow Cat/ Magnaflow muffler.

First of all, the install was relatively easy as I had help from a friend. Everything slipped together easily. Everything cleared and looked good. I still want to go back under and make sure all the bolts stayed tight after my drive.

The car is tranformed. It feels meaner. This is what it must feel like to have a Harley because everybody turns their head just to see what is coming. My friend who went along for the drive says it feels faster. I'm still so impressed with the way the car just seems to take off. Still have to take it to the dyno and compare against baseline. Overall very happy. I'm still afraid to just floor it but it seems to spool quicker also. I barely have to press the accelerator to pass anybody.

I was fast, now I'm faster... David... You ARE the MAN!!!

I'll be going to the Dyno in a few weeks and I'll post comparative Dyno sheets. This is my first mod so it should give people a good idea of what a turboback will do for them.

if your like me and dont think the exhaust really added any hp really at all, then get really used to it and stick the stock straw sized exhaust on and wow, feels like you bought a honda! no offense to any honda drivers, you do gain a tid bit of low end but it never gets that really really mean top end i already miss my exhaust.

Wow this is an old topic re-opened

Not sure when the next sale will be. Looks like some interest in another sale so let us get caught up here as we are already behind. As soon as we do we will post another sale.
