I have the same question. I would be interested in upgrading to the BR High-Flow Cat down the line if the Off-road pipe setup didn't work out for me.

The easiest fix for the out of round tubing is to take a really large pair of Channel locks about 6 inches from the end and squeeze the tubing. We wrap the ends of the pipe as you saw. We would like to box that entire system but what happens is the box is so big we then can't ship it UPS. If is is dented just take a small hammer and tap it out. It will have to be close to perfect to slip fit together. Good luck, sorry the animals bent it.
The shipping on the system is $55. We are charged for oversize on it and we have to ship TWO boxes to get it to you. So the system with the Magnaflow and shipping will be $770.
As for the CEL. Let me just get this over and done with. In order to NOT have a CEL with an offroad pipe you HAVE to build a special bung that limits the amount of exhaust the sensor sees. What happens then is when you put a high flow cat in the system it too sees a limited amount of exhaust, this then trips a light because it doesn't see enough.
What we do is if a guy orders a system with only an offroad pipe we put the offroad bung in the system. We assume if this is how he orders the system it must be race only and he doesn't ever need to run a cat. When a guy orders a highflow cat we put the regular bung in the car just like the factory car has. When THIS guy installs an offroad pipe he will then get a CEL when he runs the offroad pipe.
Hope this clears the CEL issues up once and for all

BTW, I have to thank you guys again today. These exhausts are going out of here too fast. We are down to 6 systems from the 50 we had early last week. I am sorry to say that within the next day or so they are going to go on back order, at the sale price.
Considering an exhaust still? Better hurry if you want it soon, the next bending isn't going to be for a couple of weeks.
Thanks again,
David Buschur

Hey Dave,
Have you thought of using BOTH bungs on your system? Put the normal bung on the cat back pipe, and the cat delet bung on the test pipe itself and just have a plug that you can put in the unused normal bung while running the test pipe. If the wire for the sensor is long enough, this would work great!
I only want 5% of all future EVO exhaust procedes if you use my idea
Keith
PS: If you think that this WOULD work, how much would you charge for one of your test pipe bungs? I would just take it and the test pipe to a local welder and do it myself

Mine was bent some too, but a little work got it to fit. I know a lot of people want a sound clip, so I'll post mine with a Magnaflow.

By the way having a SES light come on and drving this way make the car run in limp mode?
I know some cars do this just wanted a definitive answer, pulls timing etc?
You will lose couple of ponies with the magnaflow instead of the custom muffler correct.
