Well I still have not gotten A response from ISC North America.
Also sent a email to AJW as Adam told me they are the US distibutor and might be able to help me out.still no response from AJW either.
So far no help from anyone in north America. The guy from austrailia messages me back within hours...but he can't help me as I live in NA.
This is frustrating as a customer,plus what happens if I needed a rebuild or any sort of warranty.it says "12 months warranty" and "rebuildable in the US".how is any of this truthful? I can't get ahold of anyone.
If the camber plates are defective and cut wrong that's a manufacturing defect and would expect it to be fixed and have new plates shipped to me.at the very least a response from the manufacturer. It has been a few Months of trying to get this fixed.
