I just installed one of these yesterday with an AVIC F700BT. It sounds great and was really easy to install. It does require that you plug in the front and rear preouts from the head unit in to it, so be sure whatever head unit you get has front and rear preouts (you won't use the sub outs unless you have an aftermarket amp with a different sub that's wired totally separate from the factory Fockford system).

No. The Scosche unit comes with instructions, and so does the MITO-O2. If you get both of those units, read the instructions, and still don't know what to do, you should probably pay a shop to do it to save yourself the headache of breaking things.

I got both of those but the Scosche doesn't have any manual that came with. I only have mito manual. I wonder does the vehicle have the jack to connect with the Mito or we need to wire ourself?

The MITO plugs in where the stock Rockford stereo plugged in. You don't have to cut any harnesses. Read the paper that comes with it, or just pull out the stock stereo and look at it. It takes about 2 seconds to figure out. The only thing abstract at all is the wire colors on the MITO for some of the special wires like speed sensor and parking break. The Scosche should have come with a small piece of paper in the box that explains installation. If it didn't come in a Scosche box with that piece of paper, then I'm not sure what to tell you. There are a bunch of "how to install a head unit" howtos on here, just search and you'll find one.
