New Revised Tune..+35whp/35wtq on the top end.

Here is the new revised tune. Same peak numbers with much more top end power.

As you can see after 6,000 rpm the car doesn't nose over as much as it did before.

Enjoy the power!

Note:

I added 1 psi and had to take out a little timing at peak boost to eliminate any knock so we sacrificed slight power/torque at 4,000rpm to make up for it on the top end.

nice, I always like it when there's more wtq than whp, but that's just me. Hopefully I can get that with the same setup!!

why is it spooling so much latter now..... I understand that with higher boost it will take longer to read peak boost but it should not spool slower unless something's hurt with the turbo or motor, or he has made some other changes that would slow it down....

<EDIT> Just re read the first post and saw he added an upgraded IC and IC pipe... that explains the latter spool.

Also, my latest set of factory replacement plugs were gapped at 022 fresh out of the mitsu box, two sets actually.

IT's spooling later cause of the heat it's probably heatsoaking a little that will cause this problem no matter if u have a bigger intercooler in the summer with the heat and humidity will do this for sure..also back to back pulls.......

Do you think its safe to get tuned in the winter, because I'm kind of worried if I do, could I run into knock issues come summer time, when my car is no longer getting the nice cool air it was getting durring the winter?

It is safe to get tuned during winter. A touch up tune is recommended in the dead summer to assure the tune is still safe.
