Stock evo X with Cosworth Panel Filter, no pill 320 whp 300 ftlbs

Re-tuned a car for a customer that got a road tune from a local tooner.
He spent 6 hours in a car road tuning... and just wasn't feeling the tune.
Brought it to us and we baselined the tune and logged it as well (had some knock here and there)

We spent 45 minutes retuning the car and now he is happy!!
This car had some odd boost fluctuations, but still runs strong!!
We didnt do a pill or anything because the customer is planning on getting more mods and a retune soon :smitten:
Enjoy!!

Our tune is slightly richer and has similar peak timing values to the original tune.....
Here is a chart of the WHP gained over the previous tune thanks to some careful Mivec Tuning!!

Get Evoscan and ECUflash. You use ECUflash to make the changes in the factory boost controller and Evoscan to log the results. Lots of fun to be had.

isn't that picture shows losing boost after 4k rpm? and that car is tuned too right?
can't we keep up the torque after 4k rpm?
sorry for the stupid question.

this car just happens to drop boost in that area.
NO pill in this car either

I could make more / flatter boost with a pill but i wanted this to be apples to apples

What would the gains be over a typical stock Evo X using this dyno system? I didn't think MIVEC changes would yield so much on the top end at WOT with a near stock car. Did they have the Mivec way over aggressive before you fixed it? For instance I know the JDM exhaust MIVEC retard on the top end is usually a significant HP loss for stock turbo cars.
