The numbers are good but man people just don't understand how high this dyno reads, its at 390whp on a dynojet (normal one that dynos around 230 for a stock X)at most right now.

You are in Minnesota and they are in south Florida...do you really know how high it reads? 240 is right where a stock EVO should be on a Dynojet. All these 200hp dynos need to be recalibrated. A Dynojet can't be tampered with, and they are all fairly accurate when compared to one another. All the others are easily tampered with so when shops dyno stock at 200 then post up 360 dynos, a lot of them are changing wheel weights and hiding correction factor changes.

400+ can be made on this stock turbo with good fuel.

Yea with good fuel 400whp is no problem, I am basically at 400whp on a dynojet on E85 without a FMIC or O2/Downpipe.

But E-85 makes power over Meth and an extra 30whp on the stock turbo, I just don't see it. This is a moon dyno man, simple as that.

I feel where you are coming from as we get criticized all the time. I honestly don't see 426whp possible. We just pushed a car to It's extreme limits yesterday and with 350whp on our dyno (1.0CF) we did a 1.2CF pull to see and it only made 371whp after that..The turbo is simply out of breath from the data I have seen, tested, logged, tuned, re-tuned, etc etc etc..............

I know, it gets frustrating seeing these threads because people think this is possible.

400whp on a stock turbo is only possible on a proper dynojet with e85/race gas and all supporting mods on the stock 2.0L engine. If you built the engine or stroked it a little more could be possible, but still the turbo is the limiting factor.

You are frustrated with a car making 5% more power than has been made over and over on stock turbos by reputable shops on dynojets...even with stock cams. It is equally frustrating when everyone discredits guys making good power just because they haven't done it.

What did this car run That will tell all.

There is no way in hell this car is making this power on a properly calibrated Mustang dyno. Just another moon dyno.

What exactly is "properly calibrated" on a Mustang? They are all over the place high and low.

It's properly calibrated by MD themselves. Buschur, CBRD, STM, all have properly calibrated dyno's and is set up by MD themselves and they don't make any changes in the software. Some shops like to change settings so it reads higher.

I've never understood that philosophy. Track times are variable based upon the track, track conditions, tire selection, how much air is in the tires, clutches, gearing, vehicle weight....the list goes on and on and most of it has nothing to do with horsepower or torque.

If you put me behind the wheel of your car I guarantee it wouldn't make more than 200hp by your logic. I've never run a 1/4 before.

Correct me if I am wrong here but the logic is looking at trap speeds.
