T1R Exhaust + Custom tuned !

Hi Guys,

Just re-did my dyno today. Last time I made 223whp (bone stock) and installed the intake after and the car made 240.9whp.

This time I installed :

T1R intake + HKS Kansai box
T1R IC pipes
T1R 90R cat-back
T1R TP + O2 housing
T1R exhaust manifold (45mm)
Cobb AP + AJR Custom tune
Stock spark plugs
Boost peak 25~25.8psi tapered to 18psi
AFR : 10.8~11.3:1
All dyno numbers : SAE Corrected

Red line : bone stock
Blue line : T1R exhaust + custom tune

Here's the break down in numbers for the dyno :

Drivetrain loss was about 23% so I am making 408.57hp @ crank (314.6hp @ wheels) / 436.1tq @ crank (335.8tq @ wheels) I am pleased with the result and I think this is the maximum gains that the SST can handle

23% might be a tad generous on a dyno that attaches to the hubs with the wheels off.

Either way, nice gains, bet the car feels great now.

I am not a vendor here so if you PM Hybridr, they will give the details that you want.

I would like to get some advice from experts in this forum. I notice there are 2 dips. One is from about 4500-5000rpm and the other is 5500-6000rpm so are there anyways to fix that ? I have seen other dynoplot which the power curve is a lot smooth.

Thanks in advance.

excellent work. baseline numbers with steps to your current peaks. 30% gain in power is awesome.
