Thanks for the opportunity to work with you James. Yes the AFTER TUNED boost level was LOWER than the PRE-TUNED boost level with the AEM INTAKE.
The car came in with 25-26psi with AEM intake boost hose trickery.
The car left with 24.1psi peak boost with remapped curve.

Finally got the evo x to the track last night, I was only able to get 2 runs in, the 1st run the clutch slipped pretty bad as you can see in the 60’ time but it had a higher trap speed. The 2nd run the clutch grabbed a little better but still should have been a better 60’ time it ran 12.56 @ 109 this was on pump gas .
With a better 60’ of 1.60 “normal for AWD cars” race gas and colder weather should be able to run in 12.2-12.3 range
Pretty impressive for a car that only has $1,400 worth of work, with only exhaust system, intake and tune rest is 100 % stock

Car is rated at 291 bhp but the reality is a lot different. Just had my 2009 Evo X MR reflashed at Rocket Rally and my baseline was 210.2 whp. 5 baseline pulls confirmed this.
After turbo-back system with the removal of my catalytic converter and some extensive fine-tuning on the ECU, the car makes 265 whp. About 30 pulls in all to fine-tune and confirm the numbers.
Like countless people have said, dyno numbers are good to compare the impact of the changes you've made, but don't really mean too much by themselves. People talking about BASELINEs of more than 250 whp are dreaming or misinformed.
