Ok boys I strapped the car back down to see what I can tweak and Murlo26 is correct. Low-midrange improved dramatically and I was able to extract 365whp/450wtq safely with little to no knock at all.
I raised the boost from 30-33psi, adjusted some timing/mivec maps and really fine tuned the fuel. I believe fuel is 12.5 tapering to 12.0 right now on E-85.
I also believe I hit MBT with this fuel as well since timing was making no more power and boost was only making torque at this point.
Hopefully this car will see the track this upcoming Monday and we will see what the stocker can do. After the track session we will be putting our custom blouch turbo on and really turning the wick up.
Just got home so no graphs, I stayed late to finish up a two more really nice evo x tunes that both made 316 and 311 whp. Long week and time to celebrate!
Everyone have a great weekend, take care!

I would say this setup is pretty well maxed.
The only thing really left to do is:
-Ported Exhaust Manifold or Tubular
-Ported Intake Manifold or a Blitz 2-piece
-Port/Polish Head, .5mm oversize valves: (For Longevity)
-Built bottom end
"I don't see much room for improvement on the stock turbo at this point. Hopefully the custom turbo we are using as a doorstop right now will add some nice gains primarily in the top end department where this car is mainly used. The torque is excellent but you will only feel it from a 2,500-3,000rpm rolling start. This car needs top end to be more competitive than it already is."

Yea the car is out of control. The torque just blows the tires off 1st gear. Haven't had any evo x do that to me on a stock turbo yet.
Too bad you didn't get to stack the car up last night but It's all part of the game. Save it for the track this upcoming Monday and put the car to It's real test!
