350whp/400wtq E-85-Stock Turbo...

Today we finished up some nice stock turbo E-85 tuning on a full bolt-on evo X we have been building.

We finished up with 350whp/400wtq @ 30psi utilizing a hallman pro mbc on our dyno dynamics set to a .997 correction factor. (less than a 1.0)

This is some real stout power!

Here are the car's modifications:

Bone Stock Turbo
Forge Wga
Hallman Pro Mbc
Boomba 64mm Throttle Body
Ams o2 "widemouth" downpipe
Ams Test Pipe
Greddy Ti Catback
Ets 4" IC
Ams Upper IC Pipe
Buschur Lower IC Pipe
Ams Intake
255lph fuel pump (in-tank)
Bosch 044 Inline Fuel Pump
Deatswerk 1,000 cc Injectors
Ultimate Racing Fuel Filter Kit
Ams Fuel Rail
Ams Motor Mounts
Arp Head Studs
Arp Rod bolts
Kelford 214b Cams
Kelford Dual Valve Springs
Bushur Diff Pins
Exedy Tripple Disk HD Clutch
DG Motor's Evo 9 Clutch Master Cyl. Conversion Kit
D2 Coil Overs
Stock Ecu
Stock Maf
Stock Bottom End

Tuning Software:

Ecuflash/Evoscan

E-85 is some great stuff, it was nice to get our hands on some for once

Nice, pretty much in line with my numbers, I was on a 1.0CF DD too.

As we can see the kelfords don't provide any more power over the cosworths on a stock turbo E85, and honestly just as I had figured the stock cams would probably do close to the same power because the stock turbo is out of breathe.

Makes me feel good about my results, since I have less mods and essentially the same power.

I assume this car is going to a bigger turbo soon? Looks like its setup for a lot more than the stock turbo

yup, nailed it pretty much on the head..We reached mbt and backed off a little bit. Car may have made 360's but felt this was safe enough until we upgrade the turbo. We will be throwing on the custom turbo next Monday and see what we can squeeze out of this setup..If that doesn't work I can see a twin scroll ETS Turbo Kit going on this car real soon, preferably a 40r, 67-65, or something of that nature

What are your thoughts on the throttle body? Better throttle response more power?

Nice numbers, mod list eludes to a big turbo upgrade in the near future

The throttle body is a really nice crafted piece. Idle control is easy and throttle response improved as well. I can not give an accurate estimate of how much power it gained due to a few other modifications being added at the same time and also tuning the vehicle with E-85.

euh????you dont fell that your numbers are pretty low??? I have a lot less than that car and I got 300 tuned by you.

torque is ok its because of the E-85...but HP...only 350???I was expecting much more like 370

stock turbo is out of breath ..there is but so far you can push it..only thing missing is a 3 port gm bost controller and it would have held more boost and made more power
