Evo X MR - Cat Back and Ecutek Tune
I really enjoyed tuning this almost stock '08 Evo X MR with only a Cobb cat back exhuast and my Ecutek custom dyno tune
As you can see the power and TQ pick up from the tune was 40, the car also feels much smoother and linear with the throttle response and we picked up the cuistomer significant savings in fuel economy over the oem mapping
Blue is baseline stock mapping and cat back vs green with Dyno Flash custom Ecutek tune
Here is a recent video I made which includes some discussion of the tuning process with Ecutek and also a pull on the dyno and some runs on the road

It's nice to see a baseline on the 08 MR on the same brand of dyno that my wifes MR was dyno'd on. her car put down 303 hp and 311 Tq with a Invidia turboback, ETS down pipe w/atmosheric dump, a panel filter, AMS boost pill, and a AMS tune.
