Cobb stg 2 OTS vs. Cobb stg 2 pro-tune
i'm pretty happy with the results....not bad for $400! note that the baseline in this graph is Cobb's OTS stg 2 93 octane map, I didn't do a 100% stock dyno.
details:
- 93 octane, Shell V-power.
- hardware mods are Cobb HFC and Magnaflow cat-back (stock intake and downpipe)
- just under 10k miles on the motor, running Mobil 1 5W-30 and Mobil 1 filters since day 1.
- pro-tune was done at Cobb-Plano (Mustang dyno).
might have to take my GT-R to these guys...how does 560whp on pump gas with just a mid-pipe and pro-tune sound?

actually Chris' MR put down 412wtq on E85
and evidently he just installed a FP green turbo with AMS WDP which did 402whp and 374wtq on 93 octane (see cobb-plano's dyno database). i'm not a betting man, but if I was, I'd bet he'll be tuning his new setup for E85, which might bring it close to 500 ft-lbs at the wheels. I spoke to him a bit when I was there, and he mentioned that the gas station nearest his house carries E85, so....
I didn't ask how much he drives it, but the car was there when I was in Plano for tuning.
