A repeat customer came in for me to tune his newly acquired ETS PT6262 turbo kit on 91 oct.

Simple build ended up making great power for 91 oct!

DW1000cc injectors
Walbro pump upgrade
Grimmspeed 3 port solenoid
Stock BOV (crushed)
TBE
FMIC
IC pipes
91 octane
Stock cams

425whp

This would be awesome with the stock gearing on a built head with an 8800 rpm rev limiter!! Nice work!

Loving the HP, but the TQ number suffers (at least it doesn't drop off)... Bet Cams would help this scenario out alot as well as some better fuel (E-85). Also takes forever to get to Max PSI/Boost (4750-4800) another thing Im sure better fuel would help out.

Nice work Bryan!

I am loving this set up so far. Now to save up for the next round of mods. I was on E85 but need to upgrade injectors and pump again. I plan on going back to E85 once I build my short block. We did dyno the car on E85 first to see were the 1000cc would max out. Made 408 with E85 and the 1000cc.

Going to need some really big injectors! 2400cc possibly? Blaqops Double Pumper! Will keep a close eye on this build. Should be fantastic!

Of course the setup isn't maximized, it's limited by California 91 octane and current modifications.

The turbo is 600whp + capable on the right setup and fuel

For some reason I just dont trust 91 pisstane and I perfer a safe conservative tune. Also we still had some E85 left in the tank. So better safe than sorry.

The guy has a stock block and wants it to remain hole-free until he builds it. I wouldn't push it beyond this level, either.

Umm, we aren't all sponsored and getting free motors. You can do what you like with your car.

My buddy threw a rod on Saturday morning at 420hp/390tq (on a dyno that reads similar to this one). We may never know exactly why it went but when you push a stock block it only takes one thing to go wrong.
