FP Black, Buschur 2.0L, GSC S2, 500+whp!!!

Hey everyone. Before I get going I want to give thanks to buschur racing and Jarrod for getting me the short block in timely matter, JMF for amazing exhaust manifold, Forced Performance for getting me one of the first FP Blacks, and of course Petey at Krazy House Customs for working on his free time between two jobs on scaling the intake and tuning the beast!!!!! All those who helped out with the build: "Thank you guys you are the best!"

Back in August I blew my motor due to negligense of a sertain hack shop in NY. My tuner was able to figure out the the cause of missfire due to Hacked (custom mivec maps) which occured in every gear in low rpms as soon as the car went into boost. 2 month later she woke up again!

On the final pull after cool down car made 525 whp at 36psi of boost on 93/meth on low reading mustang dyno.
To give you an idea a car making 509 on this dyno recently made 589 on a local dyno jet!!!!

Mod list:

Buschur Racing stage 3 2.0L short block
Port/polished head
Gsc S2 cams
Supertech dual valvespring, 1mm over valves
Arp L19 headstuds
FP Black turbo (ported)
Fic 1100cc injectors hed by walbro 255 pump
JMF exhaust manifold
ETS O2 dump DP
Artisan race exhaust
Ets UICP
ETS 4" IC
Primo performance 3.5" intake
Hallman pro BC
JMF catch can
Cooling mist meth kit with 625cc nozzle at 150psi
250 psi meth pump

Nice build and congrats on your new monster this thing must rip..Seems to be a bit laggy for a black ??

The car is scary at 30 psi on the street and I have nitto invos on. I honestly dont think its that bad with lag considering the power it makes for stock frame turbo. 1st gear is useless, 2nd shes all over the place

Hahahahha Sounds like when I had the black on my 9 same thing first gear useless and sec would spin.Fir a stock frame turbo its amazing what it can do only bad thing it likes lot's of boost to really wake up...Are you on 100%meth??One suggestion you should get a 2 nd fuel pump cause 550 whp on a d.j your past the safe mark now the 1 pump is working extra hard to keep up..

Im on 100% meth. I kinda ran out of funds for a little while. im only pushing 28 psi on the street which is pretty safe. Once i save up double pumper and 1000cc of meth still to come. Hoping to make 540-550 on the heart breaker. Well see though, as of now I fell in love with her again and hitting the track next sunday!

I'm not a fan of running alot of meth that's a bit to dangerous I like to use it as a cushion for added safety knowing I can run 31 psi daily and not picking up a bad tank of gas (93 oct)..If you want to push it further then you are invest in e85 is well worth it..

A shame E85 still isn;t easily available in the area this X is from.

Disappointed i couldn't go with you to the dyno, but i'm sure to get some videos of it for you soon

I know the Black runs out of breath past 6k or so, but why only rev to 8k on a built 2.0? The turbo the reason or just preference?

Its my DD so e85 is out of question. I mean well see what happens i might not push it harder then it is now. I would like to see what it will make on race gas though

We revved it to 8500. Idk why i got a print out till 8000k. i was so happy i didnt even look at what we printed out lol.

Thats probably a good point to stop at any how... good stuff though, nice power coming out of the 10s now

Buschur has commented that the final drive change isn't worth it if you can rev it out.

That bump and drop near 7500 is peculiar. Did your tuner comment on that?

I'm also surprised by the 5k spool given murlo's amazing spool but there haven't been enough Black dynos posted to get a feel for what normal is. My BBX doesn't spool until 4300 and I was a bit bummed but maybe that's not so bad.
