2010 GSR+ETS Goodies+Force Fed Performance=322WHP/290TQ

So a couple months ago I hit up Justin at Force Fed Performance in Fayetteville, NC about doing some bolt-ons on my GSR+ a tune. He was very helpful throughout this process and we decided to do a full ETS 3" TBE w/Quiet v2, ETS intake, and ETS 3.5" FMIC kit plus a tune. Fitment on everything was top notch and sounds great. I also had a wideband installed which operates fine, but I ordered the Rexpeed CF Pillar single holder, and the fitment on it is not so great. About the only way I would be able to make it stay would be with super glue/drill and screw, which will not be happening. Other then that, I am extremely impressed with ETS and most of all Force-Fed Performance. The group there is very knowledgeable and a bunch of cool cats as well. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Attached is a scanned dyno sheet which was the final dyno pull. Sorry for the dyno sheet being a bit hard to read, my scanner is about at the end of its days. If it is hard for you to read, Max Tq came out to 290, Max HP came to 322. This was done on 93 Oct. It is very apparent that a 3-port or MBC will definitely be needed and is on the mod wish list right now.

They also done some baseline pulls before installation of all parts, I havent scanned the sheet but I believe the numbers were around 255/255.

Good numbers. Justin and Babi(Bobby) are awesome to work with.

I would suggest a Hallman Pro MBC or a Grimspeed 3 port.

What was your peak boost?

Grimmspeed 3port and retune being done thursday hopefully. Peak boost was just shy of 24 PSI at about 4300RPM.

Not bad. Hopefully you'll be able to mustard out a bit more power of the boost controller once installed.

I'm definitely interested to see the kind of power you're putting out with the 3-port. Good to have so many great tuners around NC.

Bro ur sig is awesome, and to OP, did ur tuner suggest an aftermarket wastegate? I wanted a boost controller but my tuner said he can control boost off the ecu and a wga will help the turbo hold more to redline

Had the Grimm Speed 3 Port BCS added and a retune from Babi at Force-Fed yesterday. I am very pleased with the results. Below is the graph comparing stock to after all was done. Results came out to be 343 WHP @ 6500, 341 TQ @ 3700. Turbo spool feels almost instantaneous now and pulls extremely hard all the way to redline. Here is the mod list all said and done.

ETS 3" TBE with Quiet v2
ETS 3.5" FMIC kit
ETS Intake
GrimmSpeed 3 Port BCS

And once again kudos to Justin and Babi at Force-Fed Performance.

When we did the first tune, it was before we had the 3port installed and while it made good power, there was alot more we could get out of it. With the 3 port installed we gained a bit over 50 torque. For my goals and expectations, we did not go with an aftermarket wg.
