Thanks again Kris it is perfect. So glad I dropped down in size, I am in love again all over with my car.
Here is the price break down.
Manifold/downpipe/dumptube $1816 http://www.shearerfab.com/products.php?itemid=186
Shearer UICP ~ $100
Turbo ~ $1400
Wastegate ~ $325
Misc parts (oil lines, fittings etc) ~ $100
Total ~$3700 which is a $500 -$1000 savings over some other kits
I have had this setup for over 1 year no issues no cracks no rust no nothing. Ron does great work and is great to deal with.
I reused my ets intake and I could have re use my ets uicp but I would have had to have done a trial and error with a bunch of silicone coupler to go from turbo to pipe so I just broke down and got Shearer pipe.

Here is a chart of my old setup. At 4000 rpm the 6262 only makes 250 ft/lb of torque whereas the 5857 is already at 320 ft/lbs. And if you notice the 6262 doesn't make 300 ft/lbs until 4400 rpm but by that time the 5857 is already at 400 ft/lbs. Also you can see the 5857 holds almost the same torque to redline so the car feels just as fast on top end and I gained almost a thousand more rpms of fun.
First chart 6262, second 5857.

They dont make the vband turbine housing in the .63 ar size. Plus I have been thinking about this for quite some time. I looked at hundreds of dyno charts over the last few months of the 6262 on all types of cars, evos, talon/eclipse, srt-4, hondas, subie and audi. And none really spooled drastically better than mine and the one thing I noticed is the 6262 is a monster snail capable of 700 whp on c16/e85 at 40 something psi on a four banger. I never plan to run race or e85 and never plan to run more than 28 psi so I am sitting on all this turbo and not even using it for what it is. When I bought the turbo parts Ron tried to tell me that the 6262 is too big for what my plans were and its not a fun street turbo unless you have e85. I said I know what I am doing bring it on. I drove the 6262 for a year and it was better than my stock turbo so I liked it but I started getting tired of running it out so high just to get some boost.

The 5857 was definitely the better choice for you. Now just get a bigger MAF and you'll be set!
