2012 GSR Round 3 EFR 8374 IWG 711WHP 486WTQ
This is my 3rd round with this setup, 1st on the stock motor, 2nd on the built motor but not enough fuel and I had wastegate issues, now all of that is taken care of and no more excuses.
Im very happy with this setup and I have to say, most people that see the car would never imagine or guess the car has this much power. Is relatively quiet and it doens't look drive or sound like a race car.
The power mods are:
-ERL sleeved/built 2.0L W/ Carrillo Rods, 10.1CR CP pistons W/Heavy duty wrist pins, OEM crank.
-Moroso oil pan.
-AMS TMP cams, Kelford springs.
-Full Race T4 twinscroll turbo kit W/ EFR 8374 IWG .92AR, TurboSmart WG W/26psi springs.
-Akrapovic DP back exhaust.
-Greddy 4" IC.
-FIC 1650 high-Z injectors runing @43 psi base fuel pressure.
-Radium 2.2L surge tank W/2 Walbro 450's controlled by 2 Easy Performance fuel pump controllers.
-8AN feed line.
-Radium fuel rail with damper.
-e85 (measured e78).
-OEM head, Valves, Throttle body, Intake manifold.
-GS BCS, 32psi.
Sorry about the picture. The dyno that I usually use was not working and at this dyno they didn't want to give me the run files or a print out....
The car actually runs more boost on the street, like 33-34psi so it actually makes more power and VD put out like 740WHP on the street but on the dyno it needed 100% WGDC to maintain ~32psi to 9K rpm when I normally run 90% WGDC on the street to get the 33-34 PSI. In my opinion even if you could get this turbo to hold more boost, it's going to start blowing hot air due to the small back housing.
I have now ran every commercially available WG out there for this turbo and I can confidently say that the TurboSmart WG is BY FAR the best WG for these turbos with the IWG configuration.

Thanks for sharing. What solenoids are you using to control boost?
He should give you those run files. I've sold them some stuff and they were a real good shop to work with. Maybe just take a drive in there and see if you can copy the files.
