Is the opening in the dash piece that accommodates the stock navigation unit standard double din size? I ask this because I intend to buy the dash piece for an after market double din unit and was wondering if I would run into any fitment issues.

 

You can use this kit because the stock one is about $300.

Is that the metra one? Because the metra ones have a little gap at the bottom kinda sux!

 

The Metra kit looks to be of questionable quality...
