Can you copy MP3's to the 30GB HDD using a PC?
I recently picked up the MR Premium w/ navi, and from what I can tell after reading other threads and the manual, you can only rip CD's or play CD/DVD MP3 CDs? The sale's person told me that I could unplug the harddrive, connect it to my PC and transfer MP3's to it which makes sense to me. But is that possible or am I pretty much stuck with the first 2 options?
It would really suck if I can't since my old pioneer deck could take a USB stick with all my Mp3's on it and play it like an ipod!

No
The navi uses songs in proprietary format so even if you remove the hard drive, unlock it and have a look, you aren't going to find any mp3's on there.
You have to rip mp3's to audio CD's with CDTEXT and then have the nav system rip that CD to the hard drive.
Lame **** process but that's the only way currently.
