I use a crappy Y cable and I have that noise with my Ipod. Its only when the volume is really low or off. I thought it was the cable. The Ipod is not charging when I use it.

I had this problem too the other day. I bought the OEM ipod connector for my GSR and was trying to play some music off my Iphone and Ipod. Iphone works really good, but poor sound coming from my Ipod. Read the manual couple of times and found nothing. And then I tried looking at my ipod setting. And what do you know, problem solved. Apparently Ipod have got a sound limit, changed the setting to highest sound limit.

BTW, the buzzing noise that you guys are talking about is normal (as per manual) you have to turn the volume down the change it to FM or before turning it off.

Also the if you don't down turn the volume down, you would be able to hear boost when you are accelerating, found it weird at first.

All are normal.

I just recently connected my portable satelite radio. When I switch the radio to AUX a clicking sounds starts, whe I turn it back to FM the noise stops.

I read the posts above and wanted to know if there is a way to make that clicking noise stop while I'm listening to music from the AUX.

Thanks

I bet all of this changes when you actually get a good amp. the stock one sucks and is subject to rpm feedback, etc.

Maybe someone can chime in if replacing the amp affected the issues with aux.

Honestly; I hear the RPM noise when the radio volume is down. I plan on replacing my amp asap!
