My Stereo setup

Using the Stock Radio. I thought I had an issue with sound cutting out but I had a bad RCA cable. Now i'm 100% satisfied.

EQ was the most simple way that I can have Subwoofer control. I'd say go for it.

Thanks

I haven't seen one of those Kenwood EQ used for a long long time. Clever.

Thanks for all the complements. I'll pass them along to my installer.

The AMP that I'm using is the JL Audio HD900/5

Yeah... I'm a little Old-School. Plus I couldn't find a cheaper/easier way to get Front-Rear fading with Subwoofer control. They still sell those EQ's BTW.

I've only got the JL bass knob on my 900/5 setup. The front/rear fade doesn't matter to me much.

I just miss the eq control.

Very nice! I really miss my old Diamond M6 sub.. it lasted 3 years of daily pounding and then broke right before the warranty expired (glue separation between the cone and former, I think) and they still refused to repair it, even at my own expense.

Since then I vowed to never buy Diamond again and to ***** about it every chance I get, lol.. but honestly, it was an awesome sounding sub - definitely one of my favorites.
