Speaker Wire Color - Pos/Neg

I've got 2010 X non RF system with blue and green wires to each factory speaker. Anyone know which color is positive and which one is negative?

Anybody?

Looking at the other thread. It seems yellow is a common positive with all the mitsubishi lancers. So i think its safe to say it would be the positive wire.

Also blue and green tend to be neutral colours which indicates a negative.

I tend to agree, just hoping someone with experience can give me a definite.

You might have to trace the wires with an ohm meter. I seriously can't remember what was what.

I got confirmation that yellow is positive. I've also been told that as long as you stay consistent, there isn't a problem with getting these reversed.

True. Solely as a point of interest, it does change the absolute phase of the system, but you'll never hear it.
