Evo X SSS single din to OEM Navi

I want to upgrade my stock stereo to a stock navi unit. (interested in buying one if anyone reads this) and I was wondering what if anything would i need to do to keep bluetooth and steering wheel switches to keep working? is this a straight plug and play? thanks in advance
