Question about steering wheel control interfaces

Im am getting very very frustrated with the Axxess steering wheel interface. All of the steering wheel controls work, except the bluetooth controls. The Push to talk, pick up calll, and end call does not work. Im assuming either my radio doesnt alllow it, or maybe im doing something wrong. I mapped all the buttons, but those dont work. So my question is did anyone get the bluetooth controls to work properly with the Pac SWI-PS or Axxess steering wheel interface?

Thanks.

I know a few guys got the PAC Swi to work w/bt buttons.. think the Axxess should work the same.

Did you remember to disconnect the factory bluetooth module behind the glovebox?

If its still under warranty take it to the dealership and have them fix it for you for free.

Don't think an aftermarket steering wheel button interface would be covered at all under the factory warranty.

Yes the factory bluetooth receiver is unplugged. Actually its out of the car along with the mic. I even updated the Axxess interface with the latest firmware. Still no go. Im tempted to go with PAC, but I dont want to waste money if that doesnt work either.

What aftermarket radio do you have? My understanding of the PAC interfaces was that they only supported the phone buttons on Pioneer decks.
