It looks like AMS will most likely be my choice for a tune. They are backed up to at least 3 weeks to get me in at least for the tune. Bummer. I will talk to them soon. They are installing me a boost gauge first.

Boost gauge is easy. There are how tos in the how to section. Pop one of the firewall grommets and use some fish tape to fish the vacuum line through, run a power wire to the fuse box. From there its just a matter of how and where you want to mount it. You could get a single gauge pod and put on the column which is the most common.

Woa man, slow down. What the hell is the firewall grommet? what is "fish" tape? where is the vacuum line? I think you should point me to this how to thread, I can't seem to locate it on here. I tried 5 times with different things in the search. How does it actually mount? do you drill a hole in the steering wheel column?

Firewall grommet is what is used to block holes in the firewall(thing that seperates the engine from the interior) punch a hole in one and feed the wire/line through there.

Fish tape is something you use to pull the wire/hose through the grommet(most people just use a coat hanger) I know for a fact that in order to mount it you need to drill 2 holes for the gauge mount. Unless you want to try and use double sided tape.
