Gunzo maps have modified mivec, but for stock evo x mivec, there is a thread on the other forum called "Stock ROMs". Most versions of the USDM evo x rom are available there.

ok so here is a question for you.
too much cam overlap means you will be over scavenging. IE you will be flushing good/fresh air + fuel down the drain... IE you will be throwing the baby out with the bath water.
So how do you detect this event? Can monitored AFR's help us?
ie If you tune for 11:1, then slowly add overlap (ie retard the exhaust) and you then see the mixture going suddenly lean does that mean you have too much overlap?

I add a substantial amount of fuel to combat the leaning out, but how do I know if that air/fuel mixture is going right through the cylinder at low rpm due to the aggressive MIVEC?
