I've looking at these great Dyno results and it seems like everyones got a pill. Just wondering what exactly it is and how would I get one. Is it hard to install?

Here's the link for the pill from GST, but like scheides said you have to have to tune for it. I got my AP map from Tim Bailey at Surgeline tuning and it's a custom map running 27 lbs and they sent me the pill since Im so far away from them.

A pill is a restrictor or an orifice that goes in inside the vacuum hose between the pressure side hose and the boost control solenoid/wastegate actuator. It restricts the amount of pressure that will go to the solenoid/wategate. By making this pill smaller than the stock pill you can restrict more pressure going to the solenoid/wategate and in turn, it will raise the boost. By doing this, you can actually drop the wastegate duty cycle in your ECU which will give you more space to play with. With the stock pill, you usually have to run 100% WGDC at the higher RPMs but with the pill, you can lower it to about 70% and achieve the same amount of boost.

or if you're running EBC's /MBC's
JDM cars doesn't need the pills to run 1.5bar (21psi)
USDM cars it seems need to change the size of the pills in order to go above 17-18psi ..
