Cobb AP reading low boost

Is there a reason my AP only reads 5.8 PSI when monitoring boost pressure?

I just did UICP and TBE but do not believe I have a boost leak. Also the car is pulling harder then ever so it doesn't feel like i'm losing boost.

I'm check for a boost leak in the next few days but I was wondering if this was AP specific or I am just monitoring with the wrong option.

I'm running the Cobb stage 2 map for ACN btw.

do you have the beta firmware? It's the only one that supports reading the correct "relative pressure" (i.e. boost) numbers.

ohhhhhh, no I don't believe so. I just got it and updated the firmware to the latest version. I have to assume that is not the beta.

Well that is good to hear, sort of. Thanks for the response.

Is there a way I can revert to the beta firmware some how, some way.

I was wondering the same thing with mine. what's absolute pressure then? i get 5.8 boost pressure and it'll go up to as much as 27psi in abs pressure for stage 1 93 octane... wth does that mean?

I really hope I didn't just spend hundreds of dollars to get something that isn't operating up to par... can anyone clarify this?

you have to update to the BETA FIRMWARE. open the AP updater the then click tools then and options tap should pop up then on the very top there are 2 beta options check both of them. now your AP is updated with the beta firmware that reads boost. REL BOOST = Boost.

Absolute Pressure = absolute boost pressure (ambient+relative)
