cannot get rid of knocks above 6000rpm
I get 1 knock sum at 6500rpm in 3 locations and 2-3 knocks sum 7200rpm in 1 location.
I have pulled the timing in some areas even 10 degrees, but the knocks did not dissapear, I am also running slightly rich 11,2-11,5 AFR at 6000+ rpm
Can this be some noise from the transmission, perrin downpipe or injen CAI which makes the knock sensor think that this is a knock?

1-2 counts of knock is very common on the Evo X. Just leave it alone and stop worrying about it. If you keep pulling timing with every count of knock, then you will end up with negative timing. The Evo X run like a dog with 10* of timing by redline. On 91 octane with bolt-on mods I usually run 18* of timing by redline. On 93 octane, you can go even higher.
Cars knock, combustion is not perfect all the time, your car is not going to blow up from 1-2 counts of knock. Obsessing over it will drive you nuts and will make your car run like crap. Your AFR is fine, BTW.

I use 101 RON european octane or 93 US octane (I think).
The knocks are there at 35 C / 95 F ambient temperature and at 18 C / 65 F there are no knocks.
I also have 1-2 knocks at 2800-3000rpm and pulled the timing 3-4 degrees from stock and they are still there, at 3000rpm I have 18 psig with 12 AFR then it gets rich at 3500 to 10,8 AFR

So am I even messing with the correct map to add fuel? and is it possible to tune for zero knock or just tune for a safe AFR.

You might want to try adding some 100 octane or a gallon of e85 to raise your octane level and see if you get knock then to rule out the possibility of phantom knock. 1-2 knock counts is nothing to worry about, but if you get more you can lower your boost too.

I have a similar 1-2 knock counts popping up randomly between 6500 and 7000 rpm at times with low 11 AFR and only 13-14 degrees in that area. I keep leaning things out and raising boost and so far it hasn't gotten any worse so it's just how my engine is. Each car is a little different but like others have said it's not a big deal if reducing timing 1-2 degrees or adding in some higher octane fuel has no effect on it's occurance.
Once I get my AFR's to start at high 11's and taper to mid 11's with boost set to where I want it I'll start to bump up my timing advance. Likely I'll keep advancing it until I see some increased knock and then dial it back one degree and see if it is still only that consistant 1-2 counts popping up.

the knocks dissapear at night when it gets cold outside, the hotter the ambient air the more knocks I get, when it's hot outside sometimes I get 3 knocksum in the same location between 6500-7400rpm. And lowering the timing did not help at all.

Having the same issue here... with nothing getting better with 2* less from 6500+.
In fact, knock got worse, somehow. Here's where my car sits currently:
