New Evo owner + ECUTek
Hey guys, I am both a "soon to be" Evo X owner as well as new to the forums. I have heard good things about doing an ECU reflash on a stock trim giving out approx. a 60-70hp gain as well as torque gain.
Anyone can give help me as far as cost, gain (what you have personally gained), and should I consider additional mods before/after the tuning?
Thanks
ps. I was considering basic mods such as downpipe, exhaust, BOV, and air intake.

You can also check out the Dyno results thread, which has many of the forum members' HP/TQ gains, who tuned them, along with what parts they had installed at the time.

Yes, he'll need to get a WB02 that works with evoscan (lc-1 preferably) to make sure the tune is dead on. The equipment list is on my website www.mellontuning.com
