RE: Jumpy Idle
I searched and even posted something on someone elses thread about this.
Yesterday as I was leaving work, i turn my car on and the idle goes crazy, nearly stalling then rising to 1500 rpm then dropping and raising ever second and it is still occurring at ever stop light and everytime i let my car cool before shut off.
this is driving me crazy.
the only mod on the car is an intake along with a road tune, both of which i have been running for nearly 6 months. Why did this come out of nowhere.
Ive heard spark plugs but i only have 7k miles on the car. WTF
I need some advice.

I had the same problems as you and it was really bad, my idle dropped to about 400rpms after coming to a stop then it would slowly creep back up and my air fuel was going nuts when it happened. Itd go extremely lean and then level back off.
As I started finding and fixing up boost leaks it slowly started getting better, then I finally replaced my oem bov to a forge rs and all of my boost leaks are sealed up 100%...no more idle issues at all. Make yourself a boost leak tester and find all of your leaks (check vacuum lines too) and after you seal all of them up, if it still happens, youll need to replace your bov. My car not only idles perfect now just under 1000rpm, but it pulls even harder than it previously did due to the fact that all of my boost is making it into the intake manifold.
If its somehow not those....I cant really help you lol because that all worked for me and fixed my idle issues. If its not those, someone else needs to chime in.
