From Ferrari 360 to Evo X

Hi guys, I bought a 2010 Evo X yesterday. 5 spd, SSS, in Wicked White.

I am new to "tuning", and I would would welcome the top 3 do's or do not's with my car. Like I previously stated, my daily is a 360 Modena.

And I must say this is my first AWD turbo car. Today I took a windy passage at over 70 MPH in the Evo, which would normally be impossible in the Ferrari due to its enormous torque and RWD.

Needless to say, Im hooked.

So, without knowing any local tuners, whom would you folks recommend to perform an ECU tune? I do not initially plan to aggressively mod the car. I am planning on ECU tune, intake, exhaust, and maybe a less obnoxious BOV for giggles.

Any advice is appreciated.

you are mad I would trash that road to hell if i had that car!
but I would work on the handling tires etc.
TBE/FMIC with all the pipings+intake and drive it like you stole it (everyday!)
donts are plane and simple just dont rice it out and make it look good while driving so other evo owners can be proud! GL!

I would go with TTP since they are in florida for tuning. seems like they tuned a bunch of evo x with great results in the dyno section.

full TBE: AMS, T1R, ETS, or Ultimate Racing. I have the T1R setup.

some type of intake: AMS, AEM, ETS, or Harman Motive.

UICP: AMS, Nisei, ETS, i have the nisei one piece, looks oem

Just these setup with a tuned should give u a good 350whp pump

add a bolt on turbo: fp red, dom 2, or CBRD BB-X. should bump you up to 380whp pump, run race gas or e85 and you should hit 450whp easy. i made 450+whp on a bolt on e85 3076r but i dont recommend that turbo, such a waste of money.

dont really need a bov, but if you must, i went with the Synapse Engineering Synchronic BOV after my stocker couldnt hold pass 27psi.

those are my personal picks, but there are many more brands out there.

You should definitely check us out. With hundreds of Evo X's tuned and 14 years experience with the 4g63/4b11 Evo's there is not a better expert in the Southeast to tune, modify and maintain your new Evo X.

even if you ferrari is fast...only with bolt-ons and a tune...your ferrari will be in your mirror. 360 modena is a great car theres no doubt BUT .

so I would say to you to just flow the car and everything is goign to be alright.....so..intercooler pipes, intercooler, air intakes...turbo-back exhaust...and a tune..thats it thats all.

you will have then 330-345 WHP...would sound like roughly 400hp to 430hp...

I also have a hard time believing someone used an F360 as a daily driver.

LMFAO at what it would cost to maintain a daily driven 360.
