Questions about Cobb SRI

I have the Cobb AP and am running the stage 1 +93; car is completely stock. I'm looking to get an intake and saw that Cobb made an intake which is of course supported by the AP. But when I saw pictures of the intake, I noticed it had no inlet tube. So, for $150, you get a filter, an adapter, and a bracket? Am I missing something? I also noticed that you can buy the turbo inlet hose separately. Is this worth buying? This is the only intake that I've noticed that is pretty much just a filter with the tube sold separately so any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have it... works well for me. Excellent fitment. Makes good power. Retains stock MAF location and piping size.

So how is the Cobb intake much different than a filter from Autozone? Besides the bracket and adapter of course. I just find the Cobb intake way too overpriced for what they are giving you.

It is your choice weather to buy it or not... I am just telling you my experience with it. The plastic velocity stack does a better job NOT retaining heat compared to a ETS or etc... brand.
