Just saying.
my sti lived just fine on a p&l tune and i had a 35r on a 9.5:1 motor. ams would be my first choice for an evo but jorge is a very good tuner, i wouldnt hesitate on letting him tune another car of mine. he is also very fast, so you will most likely save a bit of money going to him.

I'm personal frieinds with Jorge having subarus in the past. He just tuned his first evo x about three weeks back, and has been impressed by how much the 4b takes to mods over the ej25. Car had a catback, intake and cams made 312whp I believe. He said people with x's have been asking him so he went for it. He also told because of this hes starting work on a 30R p and l turbo kit.

P&L is more subarus right. What about strictly they tune on p&l dyno. They used to anyway. They are evo specialists

consider i live in the same area where P&L, strictly, and AMS are, I ALWAYS go out of my way to take my car to AMS. strictly just tries to up-sell in all my experiences and tell you things are wrong with your car, and i only went to P&L with my buddys subbie and he loves them. not too many evos go there compared to AMS however. you may as well go somewhere that makes enough money they wont try to rip you off, and knows what they are talking about when it comes to the evo X. go to AMS, it will be worth that long drive home!
