anyone in the bay area/san francisco help me with this? I know finance not tech. I will pay handsomely. Basically, I smog'd my car and everything passed except for the OBDII test. 2 monitors are off. I need to get this done asap.
I called my tuner, FFtec but they still haven't returned my call.
