well IF you cant tune your normal ROM to work with a turbo then i guess using the evox rom is the next best thing.

but why are you getting P0365 - arn't the standard lancers DOHC as well?

They are. I'm not too sure why I'm getting that code, dadsgts had the same problem as me. He's running X cams too, I'm not. They are DOHC. According to dadsgts, you can't properly tune the normal ROM for it to run a turbo properly. This is the same case I've heard with every turbo lancer, everyone starts with the X base.

Not too sure, but we both have it and we're running different cams. Is it safe to just disable it? The car idles fine, I still need a tune though.

I'm not too sure how to do that to be honest, I'm willing to learn though. I'll be happy to send a donation for the help

Alright, I'll log after I'm done work and let you know. It's only boosting 7psi anyways. Any other suggestions? Goldens post on the first page, what would that do? I really appreciate the help, my tuner just wants the car in top shape before bringing it in.

I was answering the guy above me who asked, "Also when you say log mut46 what exactly do you mean?"

So I bought the program last night, took my car for a drive... Interesting drive. When its running right, the car is a rocket, when it's not, it won't let me past 3k and then it doesn't give the car any gas (or too much gas, not too sure), it just gradually slows down. That is because I don't have a 3-bar map sensor in yet and there is my second (non existent) air intake temp sensor CEL. It definitely needs a tune though. As for the log, I couldn't find the option to log intake and exhaust VVT's, am I in the wrong option?

Okay so my car is fully tuned by Magnus. My tuner said that the code isn't causing any problems, he just didn't know how to disable it. Any ideas on how to get rid of it? Thanks

Hate to bring an old thread to life, but apparently this code is caused by the exhaust cam actuator. The Evo X and the Lancer cam actuators are different and changing the actuator ($300 part) will erase this code. Hope this helps any NA to Turbo lancer user in the future.

my evo x swap has this p0365 code also ...only one that seems we cant get rid of its a hard code. So i dnt thing it has anything to do with ur stock lancer engines because im running the evo x engine with evo x map but stock lancer ecu and have that code its soo annoying. we tested the camshaft sensor right behind the valve cover and it seems to be giving good readings?
