5th gear high rpm throttle closure

I have not finished all the testing, but I have also little time, so I dont want to be cryptic.
The limiter works something like this : the ecu call for less torque at 240Km/h. The X axis of the throttle map is a sort of requested throttle, so if the ecu call for less torque we are going to end up on cells that have less than 100% of throttle.
Reading the logs I can assume that these is the cells on we end up (see attachment).
I have made only one test modifying more than necessary cells, and it works, now I want to modify only these cells.

I knew that would work for you. 
I'm wondering if the same thing has effected my car as well, I've never really logged the car at 150 mph in 5th to verify it and even on the race tracks I'm typically only past that speed for a few seconds. If this was in play then it certainly didn't help me at Daytona one bit...
I may just map out the path it takes through the table by incrementing all the values over 40% by 5 and see what happens. It will be slower but then we'll know where it typically operates at. You could also figure out what maps it is using by only modifying one at a time or setting max values differently in each table.
Throttle Map #1: Cold Temp
Throttle Map #2: Cold Temp
Throttle Map #3: 1st-4th gears Normal Temp
Throttle Map #4: 5th gear Normal Temp
Throttle Map #5: Cold Temp
It makes sense it was only effecting 5th gear as the 100% values are shifted over one column to the right at 7000+ rpm in the #4 2008 maps. Looking at some 2011 ECU maps they have both the #3 and #4 maps identical and more similar to the #3 map from 2008.
