OEM BCS vacuum line help

I am putting the stock BCS solenoid back on the car for the dealer visit. I was hoping someone could confirm the the vacuum line attachment to the waste gate actuator. The OEM vacuum line has a tee. One end after the tee goes to the waste gate actuator and the other end attaches to turbo out pipe.

I am assuming that:
1) the end with the pill in it attaches to the turbo out pipe
2) the end that has a red marking and no pill attaches to the waste gate actuator.

Is this correct?
