MAF scaling units

I'm tweaking a little the MAF scaling on a 53040010.
I have recognized the MAF curve in the bin, and logged MAF volts and flow in g/s at idle, and compared bin with log.
In evoscan MAF g/s conversion formula is x*2/100, but in ecuflash I'm using Airflow16 formula that is x*600/65536. As obvious evoscan reading and ecuflash map doesn't match.
The question is, which of the two is the correct conversion formula for MAF scaling?

I suspect also that the requestID for MAFvolts is incorrect. evoscan 2.8 point at 23808f47

You want 23808f48, log 2 bytes and x/1024*5

23808f48 works!

For the MAF g/s conversion formula seems that evoscan and ecuflash must be different, they both work as they are.
