Hey Everyone,

I have only talked to one member on here who is running the AEM Tru Boost gauge/controller and he seems to like it thus far. I am debating on whether it is worth spending a little bit more money to have the gauge/controller versus just running a MBC and boost gauge. Opinions? Looks like I can get the Tru Boost for around 315 shipped, average MBC is around 80-100 and boost gauge would be around 200. I already have an AEM Wideband on the way so I like the idea of having a matching set up as well. Hoping this thread will pull some other Tru Boost users out of the shadows for me to try and get more opinions of the gauge/controller. The fact that the AEM utilizes a duty cycle set up is a bit intimidating to me but after reading up on it I think it would be easy enough to catch onto?

I would look into a 3 port electronic boost controller instead and use the saved money on am aem boost gauge.

factory based boost control is very capable.

grimmspeed and perrin make good units.
