Bolt on questions

Im a newbie to tuning cars. I have a 2014 Evo X and was wondering what bolt on's could i install before its absolutely necessary to get a tune? i know that its recommended to get a tune anytime a new upgrade is installed but im just curious.

From my understanding, an drop-in intake would be the only upgrade other than cosmetics that wouldn't require a tune.

Exhaust and drop in filter and that's about it when it comes to evo mods. That's all I have on mine for now, this year I'll finally get all my parts saved up and thrown on at one time so no need to re tune. I've decided to stockpile my parts and put them on at once so I really feel the difference instead of one part at a time and re tuning every time. Just my opinion on how to do it, but to me knowledge, just a tune on a stock EVO will make a big difference, so mod as you please.
