Looking for a decent tuner/chip

Hey everyone I'm looking for a decently priced/decent tuner or chip to make my evo go faster. I have been looking on eBay but the thing is, is that I'm a new evo owner and I'm not too sure which tuner/chip would work best for my car. I'd also like to know all the ups and downs of putting one in. Just pretty much any information you can give me. Thanks!

no chip. A lot of people start out with a Cobb accessport with the supporting mods/map and thats it. If you want to get serious you can go with a pro tune. There is a ton of info out there. Spend some time to research and learn as much as you can.

COBB first, then you can build it on down if you want. Intake, IC, Down/Exh. etc.
Their exhaust sounds very good, rumbly- deep.
Much better than the stock crap.
