Cobb gave up on producing any new EvoX hardware last I heard guys. Don't hold your breath for any updates.

they already have a full exhaust made. not sure what the hold up im sure they have thier reasons

Could be with the bad economy, Cobb is just focusing on WRX/STis for now. I was really looking forward for their new Evo exhaust!

Cobb will have exhausts for the EVO X available. The will be 2 single tip exits and should be ready in a month or so. No solid date yet but they are in production.

I have to say I really really really wanted some dual quad tips... However cobb let me down after waiting forever.. Anyhow I went with a T!R exhaust and... I love it.. If cobb ever releases a quad tip, though I'd be tempted lol
