I started with Amsoil race 10w30 had to replace timing chain, guides and tensioner. Moved up to 10w40 and considering 10w50. Most of the knock was gone but pulled the ccrank bearing cuz still had a knock and one of them was bit scorched. Nothing too out of the ordinary but we're waiting to see if that is what is causing the residual knock. Both my mechanics told me go 10w50. I think that 5w30 is bollocks!

Why is it that Mitsubishi only sells diaqueen manual transmission oil (GL-3 SAE 75W-80) in a 5 gallon container? I only need 3 quarts Is there anyone using any other oil like Redline MT-90?

Mitsu's GL-3 is crap, use the Redline cocktailX (2 MTL + 1 MT90).

Changing your drivetrain fluids (transmission, transfer case, and rear differential) at 15k is a very good idea if you drive your car hard.

I am putting this table together; hopefully it makes it easier to understand the Evo X service and fluids.
I am adding a how to link, but I don’t know if we are allowed to link a different forum how to. If someone has a how to for the ones missing please let me know so I can update the table.
Also I think that it will be helpful to post a picture pointing out to where all these fluids are located under the car.

Please let me know any changes / inputs/ recommended fluids or anything else so I can update the table.
