ETS can get you different color couplers. You have to request a different color, Ive always liked black couplers so thats what they got me when I ordered a FMIC for my old 2g.

Here's a link to all of our current EVO X products on the site - http://www.extremeturbosystems.com/M...303/index.html

If you have questions about package pricing for doing everything at once, give me a call, PM or send an E-mail

We can order in black, red or blue silicone without logos from an alternate supplier as an option for those that prefer it, at a slightly higher cost

LOL....no thanks. I've fully modified 2 cars before my Evo and not one company put logos on the si hoses...I think it looks bad personally, and I just want a nice black to be as stealthy as possible.

Do you know if both BCS's closed during off-boost conditions?

I don't think it does. Is it suppose to be?

What I've gathered from our various tuning resources is that the solenoid on the X is unpowered off boost probably so it won't burn itself up and that it doesn't turn on until the car is in boost.

Yep, so the BCS will not bleed air at idle or cruise which would mess up the fuel trims, and there should be no prob with not having the BCS bleed hoses not hooked up to the intake.

I'm confused about something. When AMS put all their parts on, they reported 84whp gain, and all ETS parts only yielded 44whp??

Am I missing something?

Yes, you're missing something. My car doesn't have MBC, it has stock boost solenoid. AMS has MBC cranked up to 26 psi.

Wow, so the MBC alone is worth about 40whp? Or were there even more factors?

Well obviously higher boost is going to result in more power.

Obviously. I just didn't think it'd be that much.
