Enkei doesnt make 18x10.5 RPF1's, so they have to be the 9.5's. A 9.5 wheel measures out to be 10.5. Unless they are new or custom ordered or something. If theyre new, Im getting a set!
Car looks amazing, and I bet its a blast to drive, great job guys.

I have no idea how the dyno is configured. I do know however that Mustang Dyno is in Ohio and they have used the Buschur Dyno for thier DVD promotional tape and they have been there to calibrate the machine and test it.

Rim Width
Wheel width measurements are always quoted from inside of tire bead to inside of tire bead, not the outside to outside of the tire bead, or "overall" width of the Wheel.
